Mr. Boyle is also in charge of all business operations, senior leadership development, succession planning, and reinforcing Ergo Partners; vision and culture, as well as cultivating partnerships with significant strategic clients, industry leaders and government officials.

As a Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Boyle is responsible for Ergo's business operations and strategic direction. He also oversees all aspects of human resource management and development and is responsible for the implementation of strategic partnerships with industry leaders and leading professional service firms. Mr. Boyle continues to provide leadership in continuous improvement initiatives within Ergo’s corporate legal services and administrative functions.
